The following Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds for the ROHFIT Application, By making any purchases of subscriptions or passes, you agree to adhere to this Refund Policy.

 

1. General Refund Policy

 

1.1. ROHFIT offers a 7-day refund policy for all purchases made through the application’s subscription portal, subject to the conditions mentioned in Section 2.

 

1.2. Refunds will be issued based on the original method of payment used during the purchase.

 

1.3. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date the refund request is approved.

 

2. Eligibility for Refunds

 

2.1. To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a refund request within 10 days of the original purchase date. Refund requests made after this period will not be considered.

 

2.2. Refund requests can be made by contacting our support team at therohfit@gmail.com or through the App's customer support channels post the applications public release.

 

2.3. To process your refund request, we may require additional information, such as proof of purchase or transaction details. Failure to provide the necessary information may result in the denial of your refund request.

 

3. Non-Refundable Items and Services

 

3.1. The following items and services are non-refundable:

 

3.1.1. Used Course Bundles: Any purchases made in the form of Course Bundles once verified on the App's Interface, will be limited to the features of that respective bundle, and are non-refundable.

 

3.1.2. Third-Party Services: Any purchases or payments made for third-party services, including but not limited to advertising, promotions, or partnerships, made through the application’s interface channels  are non-refundable.

 

3.1.3. Donations: Any voluntary donations made through the App are non-refundable.

 

4. Payment Gateway

 

4.1. ROHFIT uses the Razorpay payment gateway for processing payments. The refund process for purchases made through Razorpay is subject to their refund policy and terms of service.

 

4.2. For refunds related to Razorpay payments, please refer to their refund policy or contact their customer support for assistance.

 

5. Disputes and Chargebacks

 

5.1. If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider, your access to the ROHFIT Application and its associated services may be temporarily suspended until the dispute is resolved.

 

5.2. We encourage you to reach out to our customer support team to resolve any issues or concerns before initiating a chargeback or dispute.

 

6. Modifications to the Refund Policy

 

6.1. The Company “PATHFINDER LP” reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Refund Policy on the ROHFIT Application or any other terms of communication used by the company which pertains to the application.

 

6.2. It is your responsibility to review the Refund Policy periodically. Continued use of the ROHFIT Application after any modifications to the Refund Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
